Meet Our Partners

At Cima Café we are invested in our farmers and focus on building long-term relationships; both with our farmers and the roasters that trust us. Here we showcase the people and farms that produce the amazing beans we love. Grab a cup of coffee and come meet some of our partners!

Selin Recinos

Arnold Paz

Orlando Arita

Orlando embarked on a remarkable journey through the specialty coffee industry, where he has learned from some of the most experienced industry professionals in the world. This knowledge is reflected in his farm's practices and the quality of his coffee, making him a role model for other farmers in the region.

Erik García

Erik's farm, El Cedral, is located right next to Erapuca, the second-largest mountain in Honduras. The volcanic soil is ideal for agricultural prosperity which, paired with his commitment to quality, allows him to continue producing amazing coffees year after year.

Luha & Issel Medina

Luha and Issel come from a family of coffee producers that have been working hard for generations to bring about a positive change in the cultural and commercial aspects of Honduras' coffee industry.

Nelson Dominguez

Victor Contreras

Victor is a visionary farmer who has revolutionized the coffee industry through unconventional practices that stretch beyond even biodynamic’s standards. His work focuses on balancing energies and metaphysics to recondition plants and their memories, and environmental genetic programming, to produce the highest quality possible in unison with the natural rhythms of the plants.

Carlos Amaya

This young producer has taken his family's coffee traditions to the next level and is responsible for an AMAZING Icatú that we fell in love with!

Bryan Bautista

His passion for coffee processing has been continuously evolving as a result of his experiences with Taiwanese and Colombian processing experts, ultimately pushing the frontiers of coffee processing in Honduras.

Merlin Medina

Merlin Medina is a third-generation coffee producer from the Montecillos region in the state of La Paz, Honduras. 40% of her farm, Finca Los Chocoyos, is designated as a protected forest to protect the local biodiversity.
