From the moment the seed is planted every subsequent step, until our coffee reaches your cup, influences its quality. Our farmers, milling, quality control & logistics partners all share our attention to detail, and by doing so we are able to  provide the highest quality beans.

The relationships we form are long-lasting. At Cima Café, we firmly believe in building and protecting our farming partners from the start. By purchasing directly from producers, we know they will receive fair prices and guidance about when to make necessary expenses to protect their crops quality and the ecosystem.

Community

At the end of the day, it is the farmers and their families determining the quality of the beans we provide. We know the way to support these marginalized communities is by empowering them so that they may establish an enhanced standard of life. Contributing to these communities, we collaborate with non profits to provide access to the tools & assistance they truly need to better their lives.
