Yair Keidar

Europe & Middle East Director

Yair's first hand experience in the unfairness for producers of the coffee trade stemming to Honduras' first days as an exporting nation is what motivates him every day to be an agent of change in the coffee industry. A pioneer in specialty coffee & direct trade in Honduras, he started Cima cafe with nothing more than a dream of fair treatment for farmers and an urgency to take action.

His dream is at the core of Cima's values and is shared by those who now work together to drive positive change in a region that craves it.

Andros Mitri

United States Director

Andros' background as an Industrial Engineer combine with his passion for environmental sustainability & humanitarianism in the world of Coffee. Andros has spent substantial time on coffee plantations & fell in love with the opportunity to turn your everyday cup of coffee into meaningful work that has a positive impact on the environment and communities that have been marginalized for decades.

Samuelito comes from the remote village of Guacamaya, in Santa Barbara, Honduras. He's growing his family's coffee tradition by becoming a professional cupper and implementing sustainable practices in his community.

Nelson Dominguez

Nelson is one of our quality control partners and has introduced us to many local producers in Marcala. We're always impressed by his ability to identify unique coffees from the region and build a community around them!

Maritza Hernández

We first worked with her during Cima’s early stages and her experience as a roaster for IHCAFE and Cup Of Excellence has proven to be invaluable. We’re looking forward to keep working with her in the years to come!

Jorge Ordóñez

Ordóñez has been with the Cima family since our inception, helping us with all the logistics behind our adventures in Honduras. His support has been crucial to help us expand our sourcing operations to all coffee-producing regions!
