Cima Café is an importer of specialty green coffee from Honduras, serving roasters and coffee buyers across the US and Europe. Our mission is to connect coffee roasters and coffee appreciators with Honduran farmers dedicated to producing the highest-quality beans.
Our Story
Founded by Yair Keidar and Andros Mitri, Cima Café grew out of firsthand experience with the unfairness producers have long faced in the coffee trade. Yair, a pioneer of specialty coffee and direct trade in Honduras, started Cima with nothing more than a commitment to fair treatment for farmers. Andros brought an industrial engineer's eye for sustainability and a hands-on passion for the people behind every cup.
Today, that founding purpose still guides everything we do: from how we source coffee, to how we support the communities that grow it.
